luxurious and private villa stay
delicious food resort staff spa treatment
The breakfast offered delicious food, so each day began wonderfully. the resort staff impressed me with their smiles. They were very helpful! i especially enjoyed the spa treatment. it rejuvenated my body, mind, and spirit. The clinicians are experts.
I noticed the lighting in the villa was quite dim. More light would be helpful. also, i wish there was a tv in the bedroom for added convenience. i found this absence surprising for a hotel of this standard

Breakfast at firefly restaurant had varied options. the blue crab thai yellow curry had good flavor. It possessed perfect spice. the restaurant's atmosphere was generally casual with a fine dining approach.

The staff greeted me warmly. they were attentive and polite. They readily addressed my needs. ponpoong remembered my coffee preference. It was quite thoughtful. the staff definitely contributed to a very positive atmosphere.

The grounds feature tropical vegetation and colourful flowers. Birdsong filled the air. the bamboo arches at the entrance were excellent. The welcome was nice. the spa offered luxurious products.

charmed stay!
private pool convenient arrangements smooth transportation
i had a tropical pool villa. it featured a private pool and a sundeck, i enjoyed that. the hotel arranged smooth transportation! i found the arrangements for going out very convenient.
the music from the bar caused me a real problem one night! i had to complain to staff. the resort advertises itself as a 'haven of tranquility' but it sounded like a nightclub.

i really enjoyed the breakfast. it had delicious food and lots of options. the staff were very attentive and caring. the hilltop ocean view was fine.
the pool was significantly smaller than it looked online. the water had many small particles floating in it. i was concerned, so i did not swim there.

The villa was very private and spacious. the bedding was comfortable, contributing to restful sleep. the communication app proved useful. I booked activities and ordered food through it. resort credits saved money on dining.
the location is a bit far from the beach.
