really good stay
shuttle service front desk
the shuttle service to and from the airport was great. our driver, kimchi, was friendly and made the trips easy. he was punctual and courteous.. i also found the front desk staff to be very helpful.

the fitness center included treadmills and stationary bikes. the main pool area offered plenty of loungers and a shaded section. an internal shuttle service provided transport around the large hotel.

Manger Arporn. Surin from Club Wyndham and Ferindeda were friendly. The hotel provides a shuttle service to central Patong for 50 baht. The staff was helpful, and a cake was in my room for my birthday.
The hotel is big, so I had to wait for a driver to pick me up from the room, and availability was LIMITED.

My room had amazing views overlooking the city and ocean and the pool was cleaned daily. The hotel has an app through which I could request anything 24/7. The ocean view pool suite was spacious.

The transport service from my room to the front lobby was quick. They do not allow outside vehicles beyond the front lobby and this ensures a safe environment. I really appreciated the quick replies.

The room service was fast. the private pool offered a relaxing experience. i found the included transportation convenient for getting around. the room had a nice view. It was pleasant to wake up to each morning.
the hotel requires you to book a car from the app. it takes 10-15 minutes to arrive. this process can be slow.

a nice stay!
suitable location distinctive view useful application
the hotel suits couples very well. the restaurant provided distinctive sea views. i easily used the hotel's mobile application after check-in, it helped me communicate and request services. this was useful .
the hotel's services were a little slow. i waited longer than expected to get a cab. it took around 20-30 minutes to get a taxi to the lobby, an inconvenience.

mixed feelings about my stay
scattered petals dirty towels
The housekeeping was definitely a low point. i found scattered petals on the floor from a previous flower arrangement. They remained there, not fully cleaned despite daily service. even worse the housekeeping staff removed used towels but didn't always replace them. i even received visibly dirty towels after i asked for fresh ones
