the location is excellent as i found it. it is a short walk to china town and temples. a taxi station stands just in front of the hotel (very convenient).

the staff was very helpful. they were friendly at any time. i rented umbrellas when it rained, and the dryer was available for laundry. the location offered easy access to public transport and the riverfront. we only had backpacks, but i saw that big suitcases would be difficult to store.
my air conditioning wasn't that cool.

the location was good for getting around. the staff was helpful too.
my room was not clean upon arrival. i noticed some dirt on the floor, and there was hair on the shower head left by a previous guest.. the air conditioning didn't work very well, and the fridge wasn't cold enough, even when i set it to the coldest setting. i was quite disappointed by the cleanliness and the temperature control in the room.
