convenient stay!
excellent location friendly staff bottled water comfortable sitting room
I appreciated the excellent location right by the mrt station. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. i found bottled water in the lobby, very convenient. i liked the sitting room near the entrance.
the reception area seemed a bit bland and not very cute, though.

The room had two separate sinks. That was useful. the room also featured a rainfall shower. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature, and the room was very clean.

there is a food court just across the street from the hotel. it opens early and closes at 9pm, so it is convenient. i found a nasi lemak stall that had a michelin review a short walk from the hotel.

great location mini fridge unfriendly staff family hotel
the location was great, literally next to the mrt station. it was clean and super quiet. i liked the mini fridge, it was a nice convenience and worked well.
the reception area was not very cute! staff were not friendly at all? they could use some singaporean staff with customer service experience. it was like a family run hotel.

mrt station mini-fridge
I found the location convenient being so close to the mrt station. the staff proved very helpful with directions and recommendations for local eateries. they were always available at the front desk when i needed assistance. i also appreciated that the room had a mini-fridge. It helped me keep my drinks cold .
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. I had to wait a little longer than expected sometimes

a fair option with a great location
mrt station great location many restaurants nearby restaurants room safe room safe old room run-down room dim lighting poor lighting one plug single plug
the mrt station is right outside the hotel. this made getting around the area easy. there is also many restaurants nearby. the room has a safe and a fridge.
the room looked old and not modern. the lighting in the room was dim. i only found one plug in the room.
