the location was good with a french restaurant just below the hotel. the shore was only a short walk away, and i liked that. the room included complimentary minibar items, which i found a nice touch.

The outlets in my room did not work consistently. This was frustrating. i also experienced inconsistent hot water, even late at night.

i found the room spacious enough and everything was clean. the provided toiletries were a nice touch. the bed was quite comfortable.. i slept soundly each night. complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar were a pleasant surprise.

the wifi connection was a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours. it made streaming videos somewhat difficult.

I found a complimentary minibar stocked with drinks and snacks, a really nice perk (who doesn't love free snacks?). the staff was helpful with my luggage. i also appreciated that they let me shower after i checked out before my flight. the rooftop pool was a major plus. It reminded me of a small urban oasis.

the lighting in the hallway leading to the rooms was somewhat dim.

the beautiful king room was quite spacious for me. it provided ample space in both the room and the bathroom. netflix was already available on the tv, and the wifi worked fast. i found plenty of places to eat nearby and a shopping center only minutes away. the bus stop was right across the road, so it was easy to get around.

The room i got was smaller than i expected, a real squeeze (honestly, felt claustrophobic). plus, the promised city view was more of a brick wall vista. the air conditioning was struggling to keep up with the heat, and it was pretty noisy. also, the bathroom had some mold issues. I saw it near the shower tiles.

the noise isolation was poor. I could hear everything from the elevator, including the announcements. workers near my room made a lot of noise early each morning. It was really disturbing. the wifi connection was also terrible. It was very slow.
