The hotel provides rooms equipped with amenities like complimentary mineral water, a water boiler, and free WiFi; however, some guests have found the rooms to be on the smaller side. Being a conversion project, some rooms lack external views and natural light due to sealed windows, but the comfortable beds and nearby eateries along Joo Chiat Road tend to make up for it, particularly with a short walk to East Coast Road and Katong I12 Mall.
