The Reform Restaurant features contemporary European cuisine using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients; it is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday. The Castle Bar provides a setting for lunch or wine. The stylish lounge serves table service, a lunch menu, and afternoon tea from Wednesday to Sunday. The Reform serves hot and cold breakfast daily, 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. For dinner-inclusive guests, a three-course meal is available in Reform.

The hotel is within walking distance of Lincoln's major attractions, galleries, museums, shopping, and commercial districts. Humberside Airport is 55 km away. Traveling from the South A46: From the A1 take Slip Road for A46 towards NEWARK / SLEAFORD / LINCOLN. Keep left to stay on A46. Pass through 6 Roundabouts, remaining on the A46. The Castle Hotel is on the right-hand side. Traveling from the East on A158: From Wragby, Travel on A158 towards Lincoln.
Hotel Services
Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, with on-call management available after hours. Room service is available during restaurant hours; food and drinks can be collected and taken to guest rooms. The hotel opposes unlawful discrimination. Clear job descriptions ensure decisions are based on job-related criteria. A Grievance Procedure is in place for complaints, including discrimination. The hotel provides luggage storage until rooms are ready. All bedrooms have feathered bedding, replaceable with allergy-free options.
