The breakfast was superb with a nice fruit salad and cooked options available. the location was great. I easily walked to nearby attractions (the arena, for example).

i experienced horrible shower pressure in my room, and the sink was also draining slowly, which wasn't ideal.

the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, and diane at breakfast was really helpful and chatty (especially in showing us around the breakfast area). soft pillows were provided upon request.

fresh waffleskind staff

the included breakfast was amazing!!! i especially enjoyed the freshly made waffles. the staff helped my little one, which i thought was really kind.

The tv had smart functions disabled. This was a small disappointment.

the check-in process was efficient and cute. the room was clean and i found the bathroom quite spacious. the showering facilities worked well and included a good range of wash products. i could walk to the arndale center in about five minutes.

i found that there were no biscuits in the room upon arrival. there also wasn't fresh water readily available and a shower cap was missing. i expected these small touches at a four-star hotel. there was no room service offered .

the staff were genuinely friendly i enjoyed the breakfast. the waffles were a highlight of the morning. the room was clean and it was surprisingly quiet, even though a major city ring road was close by.
