i found the location quite convenient with ample car parking directly outside the building. the self check in process was straightforward. i received a helpful phone call to confirm everything was satisfactory. the availability of complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer was a nice touch.
the shared bathroom needed a bit of tlc.

the location was central.
I had issues with cleanliness. There was a distinct musty smell throughout the building and my room felt damp, the shared bathroom wasn't clean either. the noise from the busy road outside was also quite disruptive, especially at night. the minimal soundproofing made it hard to sleep, and i found that the windows didn't open, so i was stuck with stale air.

My room included a microwave, useful for heating up snacks. The provided iron was also handy for refreshing my clothes. I found the size of the room adequate and the bed offered good support. There were ample supplies of tea and coffee available too.
