fantastic stay!
helpful staff polite staff city map breakfast bag
the front desk staff are very helpful and polite. someone is always ready to assist at any hour. they provided city maps and directions to me. i was kinda surprised by the breakfast bag given my early departure. the room was clean.
the tv had limited channel options.

poor breakfast long wait
The breakfast was very poor. Some weird offerings included fried or scrambled eggs with green beans or corn on the cob. I waited a long time for items to be replaced. The staff asked for my room number multiple times at the same meal.

a haven of charm
staff politeness breakfast selection convenient location
i appreciated the staff's politeness . the breakfast offered a plentiful and varied selection of items. its proximity to the subway made exploring the city easy. karel at the reception desk provided really good advice and helpful tips.
during my stay, there was an issue with noise. i could hear other guests chatting, somewhat disruptive. this made it a little difficult to fully relax in the evenings. perhaps better soundproofing could improve the guest experience.

the reception staff were warm and cute offering assistance with directions and local attractions, they made a difference with their positive attitude. they answered questions quickly and demonstrated professionalism throughout the stay.

the hotel included a bar and a restaurant called jerusalem. this restaurant offered mediterranean farewith convenient dining options, the hotel houses also shelves with books to read and enjoy in the garden.

the room was always clean and tidy offering a comfortable environment. the room had electronics and furnishings ensuring practical amenities, plus, the bathroom was equipped with essential toiletries and fresh towels daily.
