I found this hotel to be an excellent place to stay. The room was perfect for my needs, with an elegant design. The spa services were AMAZING!!! The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The shower water was not hot enough . The water was cold after a couple of minutes. I hope that this issue will be resolved .

The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choices. I especially enjoyed the option to sit in the garden. The art on the walls is fabulous too!!!

The gym machines were all turned off, I found this very inconvenient. I managed to turn on the treadmill myself, but it was still a hassle. I found there was no hair conditioner in the room.
