convenient location friendly staff clean room ac filter limited breakfast full parking

The location was convenient with easy access to the metro. I also found a supermarket within walking distance (very helpful!). The staff were friendly and provided useful information upon request. The room was super clean and cozy.

I also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. The parking lot was full upon arrival, and I was not informed about the need to reserve a spot in advance.

convenient location and pleasant stay

excellent location friendly staff passcode entry

the location was excellent, near the florenc metro station. the hotel was clean and well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the passcode entry (i felt safer with this system).

the pillow was too thin for my liking. i think more substantial pillows would enhance the quality of sleep. this is a minor point overall though.

breakfast was good, better than i expected for the price (especially considering prices in big cities). i found the variety adequate, and the food seemed fresh. the dining area was clean and well kept.

The staff at the reception was helpful. They provided directions and answered my questions. check-in was efficient, and i got my questions answered quickly. the staff addressed my concerns (i had questions about local transport).

the hotel has a modern and quiet environment. i found the room well-equipped with basic amenities. the security measures were good, and i felt safe . the electronic fire alarm was visible.

FANTASTIC experience!

good breakfast easy access

The location IS superb! The Florenc station is close to both the metro and bus station. I found it very EASY to get around the city. The breakfast had enough variety to start the day well!

I found the location really convenient for exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety, I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. I appreciated the size of the bed, it was quite big.
