the location was excellent, near the florenc metro station. the hotel was clean and well-kept. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the passcode entry (i felt safer with this system).

the pillow was too thin for my liking. i think more substantial pillows would enhance the quality of sleep. this is a minor point overall though.

breakfast was good, better than i expected for the price (especially considering prices in big cities). i found the variety adequate, and the food seemed fresh. the dining area was clean and well-kept.

The staff at the reception was helpful. They provided directions and answered my questions. check-in was efficient, and i got my questions answered quickly. the staff addressed my concerns (i had questions about local transport).

the hotel has a modern and quiet environment. i found the room well-equipped with basic amenities. the security measures were good, and i felt safe . the electronic fire alarm was visible.

The location IS superb! The Florenc station is close to both the metro and bus station. I found it very EASY to get around the city. The breakfast had enough variety to start the day well!
