historical charm near the station
helpful staff comfortable room nice bathrooms
the staff were very helpful with local information. the rooms were a comfortable size with nice bathrooms. the front desk staff helped me with anything i needed!
I noticed the minibar prices were not cheap. They could be a little more reasonable.

the room included a television with english channels, i saw mostly news stations. a shower was available with a strong jet! the room size was sufficient for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is close to the railway station. The location is very convenient. staff assisted with my luggage upon arrival. interior is well preserved and fine.

missing amenities no water
the location was acceptable as it was close to the main station.
i was not happy with the room it lacked basic amenities such as a kettle for coffee there was also no complimentary water provided the absence of these items was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

friendly staff food choices helpful staff early closure room service tea facilities
The breakfast staff was very friendly. I liked all the food choices offered in a lovely room. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The bar downstairs closed very early. There was no room service. The worst thing was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room at all.

smooth stay near the station
proactive staff helpful concierge comfortable stay interesting history
the staff were proactive, i felt valued. the concierge service helped me find local attractions. the hotel provided a comfortable stay after a train delay. reading about the hotel's history on the stationary was interesting i recommend it.
i noticed that the bar closed relatively early it was before 7pm after shopping it closed before i could head out for dinner

Breakfast had a nice variety of food i found it pretty good it included filter coffee and the milk must be taken from the buffet itself. That was ok though.

the hotel is located close to the main train station i found this very convenient for my early train departure metro options are near at the station i also noticed tram stops nearby.

the room was very comfortable i appreciated the elegant furniture the bathroom was superb too it included separate spaces with double internal doors i enjoyed the family room with great amenities.

the hotel features a 1930s art deco style i loved it the building looked posh it also had invaluable guidance regarding hotel amenities making it a pleasant experience overall
