great central location
central location nearby restaurants easy access christmas market
the location was fantastic. it was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. main attractions were nearby. the christmas market was right outside the door. metro and tram access was also close.
some of the lights in my room did not work.

the hotel included a pool. the pool provided a relaxing retreat after a day exploring. there was also a sauna available to enjoy, it was all very convenient.

central location cooking utensils
The location was very central to everything I wanted to see. The room included a small kitchenette with basic cooking utensils and a microwave. This helped make some meals in the room possible.
The pool hours were limited to late evenings. I found this inconvenient for daytime use.

average stay with noticeable issues
poor insulation bathroom ants
i found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the room lacked proper sound insulation (it was facing the square) and noise from outside was a constant disturbance. i had difficulty sleeping, even with earplugs. the lack of air conditioning was also a problem, as the room became uncomfortably stuffy, especially after a hot day. i also noticed ants in the bathroom, not ideal (i stayed on the fourth floor, surprisingly).
