the staff was friendly. the room was clean. the bed was comfy. the tv was a good size, and the bathroom featured a great shower with plenty of hot water. parking was available right outside. i found the price to be very good value!!!

The room included tea and coffee-making facilities. What a treat. breakfast and an evening meal were available to me, that was very useful. the bed was comfortable, just what i needed. i found the room quite spacious.

I must say, the shower's water temperature varied. It went from too hot to too cold so quickly.

My room lacked a wardrobe! or even a rail for hanging clothes. the shower's water temperature was all over the place. One moment scalding, the next freezing. i couldn't even shower properly!

the staff were cute, so i felt immediately at home! the bar had a real homely feel, it was nice to see, and the rooms were lovely. my bathroom had a nice updated look, and everything i needed was there. sueno's stone is just across the road. nelson's tower is also nearby, and shops are just a short walk away.

I found that the toilet sadly wasn't as clean as i hoped. The kettle also was a little dirty.

The parking was ample and conveniently located. My room was at the building's rear so the pub noise did not bother me. The staff seemed very helpful and attentive to requests.

I noticed the toilet needed more cleaning. the kettle had some grime that could have been cleaned better.

The room was not as clean as i expected. there were cobwebs on the window sill with dead bugs. the bedside table had a sticky spill i had to clean myself. also, the shower temperature kept fluctuating from very hot to cold. This made showering difficult.
