the full scottish breakfast was magnificent!!!
the room really needed updating. the decor felt straight out of the 1980s, and there were some dodgy electrics. chipped and worn paint was noticeable. the ensuite bathroom reminded me of a museum piece.

The breakfast felt a bit underwhelming. The coffee tasted watered down. My room had some issues. There was noticeable ceiling damage and the windows rattled a lot at night. I stuffed a sugar packet in to stop that noise. the toilet seat did not fit properly, it was annoying

Decent stay with minor drawbacks

breakfast choiceroom viewwood panelingtired decorfood qualitysmall portion
The breakfast selection had many choices. The room provided a nice view. I appreciated the wood paneling throughout the building, it gave it a pleasant feel. It was set back from the main road making it a quiet location.
I felt the decor looked a bit tired. The food quality was not great. The scrambled eggs did not look appetizing.. The portions were small.
