a beautiful and heartfelt stay
amazing ownerbeautiful interiorfriendly staff
ryan, the owner, offered restaurant reservations and warmed our pizza after a late tour, it was very thoughtful. he also helped us arrange private transport. the guest house had beauty inside and out, furthermore, it was super clean. carol were pretty good too ensure i was comfortable.
i noticed teacakes were expiring upon my arrival, a very minor issue.

The location was perfect! A short walk took me to the town centre and I could also stroll along the beach. The grounds were beautiful, I would have loved to relax outside on a nice evening.
The room was very small for the price. Tea making facilities were located down two corridors, rather than being in the room. There was no evening meal available.

My room had amazing sea views. I easily looked down to the beach area from my window. The view across to the Black Isle was very fine. Breakfast was excellent, I think. The hostess gave a very warm welcome. I would return.
The tea machine was down two corridors, not in the room. I did feel that was slightly inconvenient.

My room included a well stocked hospitality tray. The single bed was very comfortable. The ensuite bathroom had complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. The room temperature was easy to adjust with the thermostat.
