acceptable stay with some issues

basic room breakfast buffet

the staff seemed friendly enough and moved us to a larger room.

The room was pretty basic and felt a bit cramped. I guess that's what i get. the live music went on until late, so sleeping before it stopped was impossible. also, the breakfast buffet was a joke. It was just packet cereals and juice.

Fantastic Stay with Sea Views

The room had complimentary water and tea and coffee. A generous supply of towels was available. Breakfast included tea and coffee and a menu offering various types of toast (the menu was quite extensive).

The walk-in shower had a sliding door. This narrow opening made access difficult (this could be easily addressed with a bi-fold door).

the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. the bed sheets were rough and scratchy. i thought they really let the place down.

The bathroom was fully supplied with soaps and gels. I found two complimentary bottles of water along with tea, coffee, and biscuits. I had a generous supply OF clean towels.

The elevator was OUT of service (i had to carry my luggage).

The breakfast selection felt VERY limited. Street parking was the only option available I struggled to find a spot NEAR the hotel. The television didn't even work. This was annoying. The cleanliness of the room really could have been better. I noticed dust in several places.

the bar offered a fantastic selection of craft beers i also appreciated the live music the hotel emailed to inform me about it in advance. my room was near the concert area but soundproofing was adequate i did not hear any noise.

parking was on the street which was sometimes a little inconvenient
