The room was spacious! I appreciated the shopping mall being just across the road. The pub attached provided good food and service! though the parking was expensive.

i found the room spacious and clean it offered adequate comfort for my needs. the staff was notably friendly they were cute upon arrival and helpful throughout my stay. parking seemed plentiful i observed sufficient spaces available to accommodate guests. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops this added convenience to my visit.
the kettle in my room looked unchecked i noticed some flaky residue inside making it unusable.

The staff was nice enough. Nothing really good but acceptable.
The air conditioning unit was excessively noisy, so I had to turn it off. Consequently, the room became hot and stuffy, which I did not appreciate. my key card failed late one night. Access to the building was impossible until I found someone to reactivate it. What a bother!

Parking was easy. rooms were easily accessible. This made settling in very straightforward. the staff were friendly, and i felt welcomed. the room was pleasant, clean, and spacious. It offered peace.
The bed was rather uncomfortable. I found it hard to get some rest. the rooms could benefit from updating. Some parts were missing. the bathroom needed a new shower curtain. This detracted from the overall experience.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pub had a great selection, and it included gluten free options. Location was excellent as it was just a minute's walk to the bus stop. I used the loop services to Margate and Ramsgate with a day pass.
I found the room decor to be drab. The room looked tatty and really needed updating. I think they could do with a few more additions, like hooks on the wall for coats, especially if wet.
