The location is very convenient near the Eurotunnel. FREE parking is available, a GREAT benefit. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee.

I found only one MINOR issue, there was no brush for the toilet in the bathroom.

the breakfast included a nice variety. parking was ample and complimentary. hot water was readily available for showers each morning. the cleaning staff maintained the premises very well.

not enough towels were provided for two people. the provided room was quite small. the external appearance of the building looks dilapidated and could use some maintenance.

The room was quite small, even for just one person. The door made a terrible noise when opened. I was afraid I would wake other guests. I noticed there was no air conditioning. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the noise. I heard toilets flushing at all hours.

The location made access to the car ferry easy, which reduced stress. The free parking was certainly a plus, providing security and peace of mind. I found the room clean and well kept, suitable for a short stay. the 24/7 reception was very convenient.

The walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear some hallway noise.

the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and the service was slow the room was small and the walls were thin noise from other rooms and the hallway was easily audible this made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep

the staff were helpful and professional! plenty of parking was available and it was well monitored. the breakfast buffet was excellent. i found several choices of cereals, breads, cheeses and meat. the location was great for traveling on the car. 24-h check-in and check out was easy.
