The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the Louvre and the RER train station , near the Westfield shopping centre. The staff were very helpful , spoke English well and were always smiling.
I found the breakfast to be not ready when it should have been.

I found the staff really helpful with directions. They even helped me navigate the pass jeux website for tourist attractions. the housekeeping team kept our room very tidy with fresh supplies daily. the team decorated our room with champagne when we arrived for honeymoon celebrations, a sweet gesture.
the night receptionist seemed a bit dismissive when we checked out. they recalculated the bill three times, each with a different amount. the hotel blocked money on my card for the stay AND charged us, so it looked like we paid double for breakfast.

convenient locationshopping centerairy room
i was VERY impressed by the location! it is a short walk to the Louvre and the RER train station is also close. The Westfield shopping centre is nearby. the hotel rooms felt very airy and nice.
I found breakfast a slight issue. I was told breakfast time starts from 7am. i went down to have breakfast at 7:30, BUT some things were not ready at all.

noisy streetfaulty television
the street outside was quite noisy. the windows did not block the sound well so i was often woken up. also, the television kept turning off and i had to call for assistance. i requested a room change to address these issues, but none was available.
