charming stay

helpful staff nice addition interesting design

The staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a steamer which was a nice addition. i really enjoyed the bottle of prosecco we received upon arrival. It was a lovely treat. the hotel's design was interesting, and i found many corners perfect for photos.

the elevator felt quite small, barely fitting one person with luggage.

warm greeting bottle of bubbles excellent location

the staff greeted me warmly. i found a lovely welcome with a bottle of bubbles waiting. the location is excellent and i look forward to returning..

the lift wasn't working properly at one point. going to the third floor with luggage was a bit hard.

fantastic location great staff good size room broken lift tiny room no view

i found the location FANTASTIC. the staff was great. my room was of good size

the lift wasn't working up. it was working down so going to the third floor with luggage and a child was hard. the room felt tiny, as did the bathroom. i had NO view from my room as i looked at a wall right in front of me

I found the location very convenient. It allowed easy access to main attractions. The staff provided excellent service. They were always available. The breakfast was also a highlight. It included a good variety.
