The staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a steamer which was a nice addition. i really enjoyed the bottle of prosecco we received upon arrival. It was a lovely treat. the hotel's design was interesting, and i found many corners perfect for photos.

the elevator felt quite small, barely fitting one person with luggage.

i found the location to be very central. the hotel was clean and modern. the staff were quite friendly.

the room size was ridiculously small. there was not enough room around the bed to walk. there was no chair or anywhere to sit other than the bed.

the lift wasn't working properly at one point. going to the third floor with luggage was a bit hard.
