The location was excellent and close to many attractions. Great restaurants were also nearby.

I found the lack of control over the air conditioning disappointing (it's essential, especially in warmer months). I wanted to adjust the room temperature to my preference, but I had no individual control over it. The staff was not as hospitable as I expected. They seemed somewhat indifferent to requests.

I found the location excellent with easy access to attractions. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff was helpful and had a great attitude. The place was clean and tidy.

The hotel offered snacks and coffee in the afternoon. cups weren't available at the coffee machine and had to be sourced from the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous interesting tourist spots and a metro station, simplifying city exploration. Nearby, there are excellent restaurants. I appreciated the friendly staff at the reception, too.
