amazing getaway!

really good service super clean cleanliness quiet location

I was thrilled with the staff's really good service, especially andy's hospitality! i also appreciated the cleanliness. Everything was super clean, even the secret garden! finally the location felt perfect. It was close to everything yet quiet. That's a huge plus.

the hotel felt a little outdated, especially the lobby area, though it had charm!

I stayed in a SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM. The breakfast included local and biological products, a great touch. Anna and her colleagues explained everything about the breakfast. The reception staff helped me book restaurants.

The bar and restaurant were sometimes closed. IT WAS inconvenient.

the breakfast had fresh food. staff was friendly. the location was close to the metro station. it was an easy walk to many main tourist sites.

the bed was a small double for two people. tea and coffee equipment did not work. the french press did not filter the coffee well because it was old.

i found the staff attentive. they quickly assisted with any request i had. the breakfast offered fresh, tasty options. the under-hotel parking was useful, although larger vehicles might face space constraints.

the room i occupied felt somewhat dated. this gave the space a less inviting feel than expected.

tiny room instant coffee

the staff was helpful, which i guess is their job.

the room they gave me? tiny. i could barely turn around in the bathroom. and the 'coffee station' was basically a hot water dispenser and some instant coffee packets. talk about a letdown.
