central location and superb service
detailed room design antique telephone complimentary water helpful staff
i liked the room design with details such as unusual wallpaper and an antique telephone. a complimentary bottle of water was provided daily. toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers were fabulous. ines and alesandra were very helpful upon my early arrival, i stayed in a cozy living room in the basement with sofas and a television.

the area features cafés and patisseries. a croissant in the morning and macarons from pierre hermé enhanced my experience. many restaurants are within a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel's style is unique. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. the toilet was separate from the bathroom, this i greatly appreciated. cleanliness was superb, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet, though the central location would suggest otherwise!

Acceptable stay, some issues encountered
limited breakfast significant noise
The room got quite warm. I had to keep the windows open because of it. This led to considerable noise. It wasn't ideal for sleep. Breakfast did not have a lot of choices. I expected more.

The staff was very friendly. I found this quite cute. the location proved to be very central (close to many tourist spots). the room had a good size, a nice surprise for a city hotel.
the room did get quite warm (it was october). this meant i had to keep the windows open at night. as a result, it was quite noisy.

the hotel was centrally located near a metro stop, a great convenience. the staff were genuinely kind. blackout blinds in my room were wonderful , and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
the room was quite warm at times , requiring the windows to be open. street noise became noticeable because of this. the breakfast options felt somewhat limited , but adequate. the elevator was also quite small .

fantastic location convenient transport cute reception helpful staff
the location is fantastic. it offered easy access to major attractions, including opera garnier. the proximity to the opera metro station provided convenient transport links. the reception staff were cute, especially hippolyte, who helped us a lot.
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, though the available options were fresh.

the location was decent (i could walk to a few places).
i had a frustrating issue. i booked a room well in advance, but i needed to cancel. i found this policy inflexible and not customer-friendly.
