The staff at check-in were excellent. I found them especially helpful.
The room cleanliness was not up to standard. I noticed dust in several areas. The inconsistent servicing of the room bothered me. Biscuits were available one night but not the next. I expect a higher level of attention to detail.

The hotel offers free parking. A dog washing area is conveniently located outside. The location is great for walks. I found the bar area to be a delight. The furniture was very comfortable, and the decor showed great thought.
The nespresso machine was still full of used pods from previous guests.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful at reception. Staff members in the bar and restaurant also provided great service. I was particularly impressed by their attentiveness to any needs I had.
