About the Hotel
Rooms and Glamping
The Grove offers hotel rooms, self-catering cottages, and glamping accommodations. Hotel rooms are in the Georgian country house or contemporary Orchard Rooms. Orchard Rooms, located 50 meters from the main building, feature five ground-floor bedrooms. The Suite Number 11, occupies the top floor of the west wing and includes a superking bed, a dressing room, a bathroom, a smart TV, and a coffee machine. Self-catering cottages accommodate two to six people and include kitchens, dining facilities, and lounge areas. The Shepherd's Lodge is located by the woodland path to the beach. Rooms in the main building date from 1797 or earlier. Select rooms provide views of the side lawn, barns, or garden. Some rooms offer futon children's beds in the annex.
Onsite Dining
The Garden Rooms restaurant focuses on fresh produce grown in the polytunnel, glasshouse, and vegetable gardens. The Garden Rooms is open seven days a week, with a bar menu served from noon until 4pm. Sundown reopens on March 30th and is also available for private events. The Grove uses local, seasonal flavors. The wine selection includes Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay, Rioja Reserva Laztana, and Charmat rosé. Afternoon Tea includes sandwiches (ham, salmon, cheese), homemade scones, cakes, and sweet treats. Options include Flowering Jasmine Afternoon Tea and Sparkling Afternoon Tea. Guests can dine in the wood-paneled study or the original Georgian dining room. Dog's breakfasts and dinners are available on request.
Leisure Facilities
The Grove features a heated indoor swimming pool and children's facilities. Guests have access to woodland with a walk to Cromer beach. The Massage Hut provides massage treatments tailored to individual needs. Treatments include full body massage, one-hour massage, facial rejuvenation, reflexology, sports massage, quick fix hands and feet, and back, head and shoulders massage.

The Grove is located in Cromer on the North Norfolk Coast, 35 km from Norwich International Airport. Nearby landmarks include Cromer Museum (1 km), East Runton Beach (2.5 km), and Amazona Zoo (2.5 km). Cromer Station is 1 mile away. Parking for Sundown is at Cromer Medical Centre on Mill Road.
Services Offered
The Grove accommodates groups of up to 39 guests and larger parties of up to 58 across the estate. The entire house can be reserved for exclusive use. A range of gift vouchers are available in denominations of £10 to £100. Dog-friendly rooms are available for £20 per night. The Grove offers assistance with special dietary requirements. Only candles provided or approved by The Grove can be used in the house itself. The Grove reserves the right to take action against guests after allegations have been investigated, including asking the guest to leave or involving the police. Wi-Fi is available in rooms.
