talented teamfriendly personamazing bar
the animation team was talented, always including everyone in activities. saad from the team was especially friendly. the premium upgrade was great, giving access to the amazing buddha bar, with its really good shows and food.

the animation team was fine. the hotel entertainment was fantastic. all hotel services are very good. fadila showed spontaneous kindness. rehab, farah, ouma, and abdo also stand out! i plan to return soon, and i am thankful.
the pool had loud music and many announcements! i found it difficult to read or talk. the volume made it hard to relax by the water.

the double room garden view featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. daily cleaning kept the room tidy, and the maids were great. i found the provided amenities adequate, contributing to a comfortable stay.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness and politeness. the restaurant staff worked very hard. i also noted the reception staff helped with a la carte restaurant reservations. their attention was detail-oriented and perfect.

The team gives super friendly service. It is easy to get everywhere at the hotel. Pools are very clean. I like that it has nice breakfast selections. The staff goes out of their way, and they care about guests. An all-inclusive upgrade is very worth it. Night entertainment is great. The entertainment boss and his assistant makes me happy.
The fridge had nothing. I was told that I must buy water at shop. This is weird since it's a long trip for a lot of travelers.

the hotel offered direct access to the beach, convenient. breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. the gym had treadmills and weights. the rooms included air conditioning and a balcony.
the coffee from the machine tasted weak.

the staff at reception were very polite, answering all my questions quickly. the cleaning staff always maintained the rooms with great care and were very respectful! at the restaurant, they were quick in assisting me with any requests i had.
