the staff seemed friendly, and they had tasty food available in the bar.
A BIG disappointment was the noise. The screaming and shouting from the pub went on until 2 in the morning. i assume there was a lock-in happening. it is a shame because the rooms ARE wonderful, but dont expect to get any sleep here.

Decent Stay

clean roomcomfy bedclean bathroommissing breakfastdrunken screamingridiculous noise
The room was very clean and large, I noticed it looked freshly refurbished. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was clean too!
The drunken screaming and shouting from the pub did not stop until 2 in the morning! I imagined this is a problem for the village as it really was a ridiculous amount of noise.
