charming stay

spacious room friendly staff public transport
the room was spacious and clean, i especially liked the convenient minikühlschrank that helped keep our drinks cold. the hotel had a great location for accessing public transport and many interesting places nearby. the staff was friendly and ready to help whenever needed. i found it particularly useful.
i did notice some street noise at times, but it was minimal.

solid stay, good location

i found my room to be spacious. the staff was friendly and very helpful, they provided good directions. breakfast had hot dishes that i ordered from a menu. parking in the basement was convenient and i paid for it.
the wifi had a bad signal in the room, it was difficult to stay connected.

the superior double room was a large size. the room included a balcony where i could sit. the room was cleaned daily when i was out exploring the city.

the front desk staff was helpful and spoke english well the room was large the bed was comfortable i enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower the bathroom was also quite large. the hotel breakfast was good it had a nice variety of options the room and breakfast were both very good. the hotel is close to the center everything is within walking distance the breakfast was excellent and high quality. there were many cafes and restaurants nearby the parking garage was clean.
i stayed at this hotel during a summer heatwave the air conditioning was not effective. individual ac controls were advertised but misleading. the actual temperature control was centralized by the hotel guests had no real control. there were no slippers or bathrobes i did not expect this in a four star hotel with a spa.

clean room friendly staff
The staff was friendly. The location is near many good restaurants. The underground garage was convenient for our rental car (it was a bit tight to navigate). The rooms were big and clean with good sound proofing from outside noise.
The gym is very basic. It could be better equipped for a hotel of this category.
