Solid stay near the beach.

The proximity to the beach was very convenient! it took only a few minutes to walk there. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool area.

The staff was terrible though?? really ruined the whole experience. It was so bizaar because when i was talking with them on the phone they answered all my questions and were helpful. But when i arrived I've never encountered staff so unhelpful. I even asked my family if i was over reacting and they said that no i was more patient then they would have been. We arrive at the hotel parking lot and there is a gate preventing you from getting to the hotel and the hotel parking lot. I called the hotel from my phone because theres no way to communicate through the gate kiosk. They kept asking "Are you at the hotel gate?? " I told them "Im at the gate to the parking lot for the hotel. Can you open it we can't get in" and they would said "which gate? " so i said again " the gate by the street that leads to your parking lot" (at this point i was wondering if i was somehow at the wrong parking lot on the wrong side of the hotel or something) and they said "the hotel gate? " so finally i say "yes the hotel gate" and they say "its open the gate is not down" which is a weird thing to say to someone looking at a closed gate. so then i said "the other gate then! " and they say "which gate? " "OMG i dont know what gate it is. ive said its the gate leading to the parking lot 3 times now how else am i supposed to describe this gate to you?? How many gates do you have? what are my options? " Finally the gate just opens. Cool we get inside with our bags, up a semi steep slope by the way. And of course the person working at the front desk is not happy after our conversation and neither are we, she just asks for our name, no welcome, no smile, no sense of contrition what so ever. Fine. We get our room numbers and we have to ask how to get there because they dont freely offer that information to us.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern design! the spa was a wonderful addition to our stay. the breakfast had much variety, and i enjoyed the fridge in my room. It was quite useful. i found this feature practical and appreciated it a lot.

The bathroom doors did not close all the way. Some gaps were visible.

the receptionists provided great assistance and were very kind. the maids kept the rooms immaculate! the staff addressed all my concerns with kindness and attention. they were committed to.

the hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools ! the spa area was amazing for relaxation. mini-golf, table tennis, and tennis courts provided ample entertainment opportunities. i found these activities to be a great distraction.

Acceptable, but with maintenance issues

loose shower head bathroom maintenance

The location was good, and I found it easy to get to the beach.

I was REALLY disappointed by the state of repair in the bathroom. The shower head was loose, and it sprayed water all over. Maintenance should have fixed this.
