I found super easy check in and check out. the rooftop pool with amazing views was a highlight!!! the buffet offered a big variety of delicious food. the staff was very friendly. Their service was excellent.

the lifts were slow, causing some delays when traveling between floors.

the hotel has an amazing location close to the beach. there are many shops and restaurants nearby and the bus stop to the airport is within walking distance. a contactless withdrawal machine is available at the reception for added convenience. i found it really easy to get around and manage my finances .

the walls were a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from the neighbors at times, though it wasn't a major issue

the room had modern and pleasant decoration and i found it very clean. the bathroom was large with a huge walk-in shower which i really enjoyed. i also had a cute little balcony where i could relax.

the staff was multilingual and always friendly ready to help with any questions. the cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily ensuring everything was fresh. paco was especially helpful.

the skybar provided amazing views of the beach perfect for enjoying a piña-colada. there was a working microwave and stove in my room and it all worked as expected. the rooftop bar was very nice and i enjoyed the sunsets.

i found the location quite convenient. a sandy beach was very close by. the rooftop bar offered amazing views.

the elevator service proved to be slow. there was often a wait for it. black mold on the shower door seal was present.

The hotel's location near the beach was Very nice. The close proximity allowed for easy access to the shoreline and sea activities. I also found local shops and bars right outside the hotel. I discovered a few really nice tapas and enjoyed live music.

The elevator wait times were long, but i managed. It only caused slight delays.
