The hotel offered fine sea views from the room. The staff served a delicious paella upon my late arrival, even after the kitchen had closed. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room. It was larger than I expected.

The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel's location is ideal for accessing both Deia and Valldemossa. The hotel provides excellent on-site parking. Woodland walks are possible directly opposite the hotel.

The hotel includes a pool with a convenient pool bar. The well kept garden is a highlight. A bus stop outside the hotel facilitates travel from Palma to Port de Soller.

Breakfast provides a wide selection of choices including a selection of hot meals. The hotel accommodated my late arrival with an excellent paella (the chef was very accommodating). Ample space for meals made dining very comfortable.

The room was spacious. A kettle, tea, coffee, and snacks were available and refilled daily. The bathroom matched the room in size and offered a great, powerful shower and heated rails. Views of the sea were uninterrupted.

The staff was cute and genuine. I observed attentive service during breakfast. One staff member remembered my partner's birthday from his passport and arranged a birthday song.

I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. The room included a couch and comfortable chairs. I also liked the size of the pool. It was great for swimming laps. The location is perfect because the bus stop is located right in front of the hotel (so convenient!).

The hotel lacked dental kits, and i had to ask for them.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The reception staff was helpful at all times (this made a BIG difference). They always answered my questions, and resolved minor issues rapidly.

The breakfast had many selections compared with other hotels. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The Italian-style steak was yummy, i would definitely recommend it as an option.

the room was more spacious than pictures. a great breakfast!

the room was not well sound insulated. i was kept awake both nights with loud part noise from the room above and general noise from the adjoining rooms. it was like the walls and ceiling were paper. i could here every word.
