The location is convenient near the central railway station it was a short walk. I left my luggage after checkout it was very helpful as I explored more of the city. The staff was friendly they assisted with directions. The room was clean it met my basic needs.

Soundproofing was minimal I could hear some noise from other rooms.

the hotel is very close to the main train station. i could easily use trams located near the hotel. the bathroom was nice (i especially liked the whirlpool). i also enjoyed access to the big roof terrace.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The location IS good for travel. Duomo is also close by. I stayed for three nights and the towels were changed EVERY day. The staff was helpful and always available.

There was nobody to assist with luggage. The entrance is NOT suitable for people with luggage. The room I stayed in was small. The window view was just of walls.
