I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the tram line. It made getting to the city center simple. the parking was convenient and comfortable. This was especially helpful for me since i had a car. the staff were available whenever i needed assistance. They were always ready to help. the hotel offered good value for the price i paid. I was satisfied with what i received.

The sound isolation wasn't perfect. I could occasionally hear noises from the hallway.

The room had high ceilings and a clean, newly decorated interior. I found this very pleasant. the wc ceiling included a glass section. It was an interesting design choice. the provided bed was comfortable. I slept very well each night.

Fantastic Hotel with Great Staff!

I found the staff helpful. They provided directions and booked taxis for me. They even recommended places. The breakfast service was AMAZING!!! The staff member was very attentive and brought lemon, soya milk, and extra fruit upon request. The hotel's location made a great base for exploring. I walked to the city center along the canal.

I found that the room needed more hooks for hanging coats and other items.

the sound isolation is very poor i had to bear the super loud noise from the reception area when i asked to change rooms i was told that i could not because they had no room service on site the manager asked me to put on ear plugs
