My room was super clean and tastefully decorated. The convenient parking made arrival and departure easy. The breakfast buffet had great variety (i enjoyed it a lot). I also appreciated the available umbrellas during a rainy day.

I noticed some surfaces in the room had a slight layer of dust.

Umbrellas were available near the entrance for guest use. The tv allowed phone connection for streaming services. The gym has several treadmills and elliptical machines for a workout.

Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel. The duomo is within walking distance. The navigli district can be reached easily by tram line 15. Taxis were readily available outside the hotel (very convenient).

The breakfast included a variety of options. The breakfast pastries were delicious. The hotel staff offered me a tasty pastry when i was having my breakfast. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

the room was quite modern. it had nice design elements, and it was ALWAYS well-cleaned. the front desk staff were very proactive for an early check-in for me. This helped me with my plans for the day.

i asked for a hard pillow. i was told one would be provided depending on availability. this response surprised me a lot. breakfast MENU did not mention some egg options were available.
