good location lovely room worn furniture limescale buildup

The location is really good. I could easily walk to several metro stations. the staff was helpful in recommending nearby restaurants. my room was lovely, and the common areas were also nice (the decor was excellent!).

i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. the showerhead had some limescale buildup.

My room was a very nice double or twin room. It was clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of food options. The location was good, close to restaurants and main attractions.

The room was quite small, and it felt very simple for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. The staff didn't seem to engage much beyond what was necessary.

totally awesome stay!

spacious room amazing linens

my room was super spacious and the linens felt amazing. i found blackout shades super useful so i could catch up on sleep. the breakfast had an insane selection, it had so many different foods, like, seriously, so many!

i wish the hotel would get that fixed, it was only slightly annoying.

the beautiful double room was very spacious, it had extra beds, and it had everything i could possibly need. the rococo decor was fine, and it added a unique touch. the wallpaper of the La Scala Opera Theatre.

breakfast provided so many options, i was overwhelmed. the breakfast staff was extra polite and accommodating, too! the food quality was excellent, it had every flavor i could ever imagine.

the entrance reminded me of a museum, and it had art pieces displayed on various tables which was interesting. the grand piano was visible right from the main lobby, and it added class to the lobby. the hotel offered convenient access to many attractions.
