The hotel is close to the Turro metro station, which I found very convenient. A Carrefour supermarket is located nearby. The room had coffee and tea facilities available. THIS was useful.
The air conditioning was not working in the room I booked. I was informed that AC is disabled for single rooms. I had to keep the window open and I could hear traffic noise.

i requested a quiet room. i was given a room overlooking the main road.

the staff provided welcome drinks it was a sweet start to the stay. i received a bigger room than i booked the hotel upgraded me. the restaurant seemed lovely i enjoyed the ambiance.
the hotel charged extra taxes i wasn't expecting this i paid for the parking. the parking space felt small parking was difficult.
