The hotel description was not accurate and it disappointed me. I was surprised that there was no elegant wine bar. The scrambled eggs had a strange taste and I didn't liked the fruit salad because had soggy apples.

The rooms were clean and near, i loved that they were furnished well. the dining area was convenient. I found the staff helpful. the location was perfect for my needs! it made travel within the city easy. i would definitely return. It was an amazing stay.

Unfortunately, the beds weren't very comfy. the pillows especially were not great, and i faced the main road. i experienced a lot of noise from the outside traffic during the night. This really affected my sleep.

My comfy double room included tea and coffee making facilities. toiletries were proper. I liked that they were not in wall holders. the room design was nice. the room had a modern tv.

i received a welcome drink and snacks in the bar. francesko, the bartender, was funny and hospitable. when the bar was closed, i could enjoy free coffee, beverages, and buns. janny at reception was supportive, friendly, and customer-oriented!

the hotel is close to the metro. this made it easy to see the rest of the city! it was super close to san siro. i even walked back to the hotel after a match. this area is quiet and safe.

The reception staff was helpful. the team arranged my check-in with efficiency. i was actually surprised by the welcome drink and wide selection of snacks. the room was spacious. the bathroom was super clean. the cleaning staff was discreet. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food. the dining area featured a glass wall. two metro stations are within a short walk. It is only a quick ride to the duomo.
