My street-facing room allowed quite a bit of noise. The windows provided minimal sound insulation. This made sleeping somewhat challenging at times.

The location is amazing. It is a short walk to many tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful . my room was cleaned daily. It had new and fresh towels. air conditioning worked well in the room.

the complimentary water dispenser in the lobby was useful, especially during warmer days. i found sufficient space in the room to unpack my belongings and keep the area tidy. i also appreciated that there was little noise (maybe i was lucky).

the shower had inconsistent water temperature (it fluctuated quite a bit).

I had problems with noise from the street. Sleep became near impossible due to traffic. The bathroom door did not close properly. I found this annoying.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was central, a short walk to the cathedral, which i appreciated. the breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy, but did the job. it was good for the price.

The bathroom needed some updates. It felt a bit run down. the room wasn't huge. It was an older place so space was limited. it was ok for a short stay. Though i wished it was a bit larger.
