The breakfast area was lovely. Food choices were great. We were upgraded and had a room overlooking the pool. Complimentary water and teas were provided, and bathroom extras were great. Robes and slippers were available. The afternoon tea was another unexpected treat.

Some gym equipment was broken! Also the laundry was expensive. It would have been better to go down the street.

the location was perfect, near ubud palace and the monkey forest, yet away from the crowds. the free shuttle service to the center was very convenient. the rooms featured spacious layouts, meticulous cleanliness, and cozy atmospheres complete with a private balcony.

i did find that some areas showed slight signs of wear, quite minor.

the two swimming pools offered serene views and provided a tranquil escape. the spa was relaxing and the gym had equipment for a good workout (i saw treadmills and stationary bikes there).
