I encountered SOME issues . the breakfast service was rather slow. I also found ants crawling around on the floor. It was frustrating not to relax fully because of these problems. The hotel MUST address these issues to improve guest satisfaction.

i noticed the hotel is not refilling water bottles during cleaning services.

The Wi-Fi signal in my One-Bedroom Pool Villa was not very reliable. I experienced frequent disconnections, especially during peak hours. The limited hours for the complimentary shuttle service proved inconvenient for planning excursions beyond the immediate area.
