The breakfast was amazing. The food tasted fantastic! Free activities were available, and they offered my son a complimentary horseback riding session around the resort. The huge rooms had great views!

The meals featured fresh local ingredients, crafted with attention to detail. Many activities were available. Bracelet making, yoga sessions, coffee plantation tours, and planting experiences engaged all guests. Sindy, Astina, Edi, and Randy delivered very nice service. I reminded me of family due to their kindness and professionalism. The dedication to environmental sustainability added to the experience.

the staff treated us like royalty. everyone was professional and nice, they did everything with a smile. the location provided amazing views and surrounding walking paths. our villa was roomy, clean and nicely decorated, we felt the love.

I found the staff consistently attentive, they anticipated needs before i voiced them. the hotel's setting amidst the coffee plantation offered unparalleled tranquility. i appreciated the availability of personalized excursions. The coffee plantation tour was particularly insightful.

The initial impression upon arrival was somewhat underwhelming. the reception area looked worn and could use some refurbishment. It felt a bit cramped.
