an adequate stay but with some notable issues
inconsistent pressure limited menu selection
the pool was acceptable and provided a place to relax.
The shower was not satisfactory. It lacked consistent water pressure. the room service food quality did not meet expectations. the menu selection was limited, and the dishes i ordered were not prepared well.

The lagoon access room was AMAZING! I could step right into the pool from my room. Room service was fast. They delivered everything promptly. The staff was SUPER friendly, always smiling and ready to help.

really good staff spacious room complimentary water
the staff displayed really good friendliness. the room was spacious. i found complimentry water supplied each day a plus.
i noticed the minibar prices are a bit higher than local market rates.
