The family room featured a very comfy king bed. Breakfast offered multiple tasty options. The pool was very nice and just a few minutes from many restaurants.

A balanced stay NEAR the beach

friendly staff great location effective air conditioning loud nightclub broken fixtures water leakage
I found the staff to be friendly. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The air conditioning in my room worked VERY well.
The nightclub next door was loud. I could not sleep until after 1:00 AM. My bathroom had broken fixtures that leaked water. I reported this, but they did not fix the problem.

Outdated Facilities and Sheet Issues

unchanged sheets poor cleanliness
The location is near many bars and restaurants, convenient.
the sheets were not changed at all. They were just tidied up each day. This was quite disgusting and made me question the cleanliness of the room. It is not what I expect from a hotel.

Charmed by the Location, Less So by the Damp

central location quiet street motorbike rental
The location are really central and tucked on a quieter side street. It was very close to Seminyak Square and Flea Market. Being next door to Mexicola are actually kinda fun. I hear music late into the night, but I don't bothered by it. I appreciate the motorbike rental services, are really affordable.
The bathroom wasn't great and they have old showers. The roof are leak, and I notice a strong moldy smell, it force me to move to another room to breath. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast option, not worth money.

The pool look decent for a quick dip. I see pool towels, what a nice touch. They provide adequate shade and lounge chairs for relaxation near the water, actually very convinient.

This location is great, near the beach and markets. I noticed a lots of nightclubs nearby, be prepared for some noise. Walking around late at night might not be the safest experience because the drunk people walking around.

The restaurant downstairs is really convenient. I saw a limited food choices, its sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast is okay, nothing fancy but is satisfying for the morning.

Staff are very cute and always on top of everything. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful attitude. They give me recommendation for restaurants and places to visit nearby.
