this hotel was amazing the staff were so cute and friendly i was amazed to see a floral and towel display for our honeymoon in our room it was beautiful the rooftop had a great pool and area to sit our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean

I found the staff consistently helpful and cute. They always seemed to exceed my expectations. The room size was great and the pool was awesome.

The bed was huge, but it reminded me of two mattresses stuck together. It was not so comfortable. I also thought the pillows could use refreshing.

the room was big, comfortable, and had a perfectly working air conditioner. the bathroom was spacious. the location was convenient, not too far from the beach, restaurants and a shopping mall. i found the staff friendly and helpful.

The pool on the roof had few double sunlounges, so getting a seat was difficult when it was busy. I would not say it was an infinity pool.

the rooftop pool has limited sun loungers, with space for only about five, this means there is little lounging space if you are not one of the first few guests to arrive. the pool area offers limited seating options and some neglect is visible.

the staff were friendly i found them helpful when i needed assistance the breakfast had a lot of variety i liked the local dishes the rooftop restaurant offered great views it was nice

the gym was closed for three days which was inconvenient i think it was closed longer than initially stated the bathroom wasn't cleaned perfectly there was hair left in the shower the pool only had a few sun loungers it was difficult to get a seat when it was busy
