maintained grounds nice pools slow service average breakfast

The grounds were really fine and well maintained. A team of gardeners clearly works hard (i noticed them every morning!). I used two of the pools, and they were both very nice.

The slow poolside service could be improved. Sometimes, it took a while to get drinks. The breakfast, though varied, was just average (nothing special stood out).

a blissful balinese escape!

ocean view outdoor jacuzzi plentiful choices

I found the ocean view room amazing with an outdoor jacuzzi. That was very nice. i enjoyed meals at the restaurants, and the buffet breakfast had plentiful choices! the spa experience was wonderful. I took advantage of a discount there.

the poolside service was slow, i had to wait a while for drinks. more staff during peak hours would be helpful. i'd love to see that fixed!

the hotel restaurants provide an array of options, and the breakfast buffet includes a sandwich station. i saw a lot of fresh fruits, juices, and an egg station where eggs were cooked to order. they even serve soup, noodles, and stir-fried vegetables.

a romantic getaway

infinity pool flower bath ocean view jacuzzi

I adored the infinity pool. It seemed to spill right into the sea. the flower bath at the spa felt luxurious. It was a wonderful experience. our ocean view room with its own jacuzzi was fine. It added such a special touch.

The service at the poolside was a little slow. We waited longer than expected for drinks.
