The staff stand out. The room was immaculate with fresh towels and daily changes of bed linen. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail. the rooftop swimming pool is amazing with a beautiful ocean view, so you should take a look.

The air conditioning in my room was controlled by the key card, so it stopped working when I left the room. This made the room quite warm upon my return. I wish there was a way to keep it running while I was out. (Perhaps a separate switch would solve this issue).

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They greeted me with smiles and were always available to assist with any requests. Their attentiveness contributed significantly to a positive and nice experience.

The rooms were clean and well maintained .

I was disappointed by the lack of functional amenities in the room. The USB ports didn't work and the wardrobe light fell down hitting me one day. The design of the toilet roll holder was annoying as the roll kept falling out. The breakfast looked chaotic so I avoided it

the location was good, close to many restaurants and the beach.

the room felt quite sterile like a city business hotel, and my window faced directly onto a wall. it was disappointing not to have a nicer view or more of a resort atmosphere, we loved the pool but the view was terrible.
