Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

The hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the area.
The room was quite dark as it lacked natural light. The shower needed better cleaning and small water bottles were insufficient. I also found the bed to be too firm for my liking.

room was spacious, clean. i find there a gym, yoga room, library. breakfast each morning was delicious. staff was very helpful, friendly. they did everything they could for us. i had a good time.
i thought some equipment in the gym does not work. maintenance seemed poor.

central location breakfast options noisy ac leaking flush
I had the best time here. The location was so central. I asked for a different pillow and it was delivered before evening. Breakfast offered options like a menu or buffet. The pool area had a neat arrangement. It was a total win.
I booked a room, but the AC was noisy at times. The flush kept leaking water and that was not ideal. I got locked out of my room, like I already checked out. The staff did not fix the problem, but only apologized.
