the staff were helpful. naseer at reception greeted me warmly. analyn and marsha were also amazing, and ali was very nice. the room was clean.

the standard twin room offered sufficient space. the air conditioning worked effectively. housekeeping services kept the room consistently clean. the bathroom had ample counter space, i found that very helpful. the beds were comfortable.

the elevators experienced slow service during peak hours.

dated furniture old carpets

i stayed here for a few nights. the furniture was quite dated. the carpets in the corridors really looked old. also, it was difficult to open the door to my room. it definitely needed some effort.

convenient location helpful staff cleaning service

the location is excellent for exploring the souks i could walk to all of them easily it is also right by the water taxis this made getting around super convenient there is a gas station close too that's useful i had a car the staff are very kind and helpful especially the cleaning staff

the gym is small i only saw a couple of treadmills available

mixed feelings about my stay

bad tv channels old pillows

the location was acceptable.

i had several issues. the tv channels were bad and the air conditioning wasn't working well. the bedding and pillows felt old. the carpet and sofas seemed like they needed replacing.
